     The Baiturrahman Mosque is located in center of Banda Aceh. This Mosque is one of Aceh Symbols and becoming a pride of the society. The Baiturrahman Mosque was onxe religious center during Sultan Iskandar Muda. Many abroad students ( from Turkey and India ) have been studying Islam in the mosque. The Baiturrahman Mosque has an area of more than 4000 square meters and able to accomodate 9000 worshipers. Outside of the building, There are four towers with one holding tower and also a large pool on the webpage. This Mosque is one of buildings that still intact for Tsunami Disaster in Aceh.

Aceh Tsunami Museum

 Aceh Tsunami Museum is located at Iskandar Muda Street, Banda Aceh. This comprehensive museum is approximately 2500 square meters. The Museum was built in memory of Tsunami Disaster in Aceh ( 2004 ). Aceh Tsunami Museum is also a center of eartquake study and tsunami. In addition, The Museum is also used for tsunami disaster evacuation to the victims.
